Scan the QR code, pay through the website and the power bank will pop out. Or you can download the Buzz app and register there. After, you can scan the QR code in the app and the power bank will pop out.

  • How does the payment work?
Use Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal or insert card details. When you return the power bank, the payment will be calculated based on the time you used the power bank. The money will be deducted from the chosen payment method.

  • What cables are included?
USB Type-C, Lightning (iPhone) and Micro-USB. Suitable for all phones.

  • What to do if all of the slots are full?
Never leave the power bank to anyone else. The power bank should be returned by the person who rented it.
