A BUZZ battery costs just €1,50p per 1 hour of charge. This will add up until you hit 4 hours of use (€6.00) for the day! Every next day, you will be charged €6.00 per 24 hours of use. This will continue for 5 days when you must pay a lost battery penalty of €40.00, which means a total of €70

Download the BUZZ app via the App Store or Google Play store. Once you have created an account through the app and added a payment method, you can then locate a BUZZ station and simply scan the QR code on the side of the station. This will then release a battery for you to use.

BUZZ stations can be found in various locations across the Netherlands in Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, Universities etc.

All BUZZ stations can be found through our app, we will direct you to the nearest station. Alternatively, you can ask the staff if they have a BUZZ station!

Look on the BUZZ app to find the nearest station with available batteries.

If the station is full look on the BUZZ app to find the nearest charging station to return your battery.

The BUZZ power bank is equipped with Lightning (iPhone), USB-C and Micro USB.

You will continue to pay a daily rate for renting a BUZZ battery until you reach 120 hours (5 days).

Once 120 hours have passed, the amount of €20.00 will be deducted and the battery will be considered SOLD and is yours to keep. If you still return the power bank, you will get €15.00 back. For this, you will need to contact the support. support@debzzz.nl

Absolutely safe! The power banks are manufactured according to all the norms and comply to all regulations.

Yes of course! You can take a BUZZ battery abroad, but you have to notify us via email or phone call to avoid penalties.

To top up your wallet, head to My Account (top left corner when you open the BUZZ app). Click 'My Wallet' and click 'top up' to add money to your account.

You must simply shake and you will see the charge level via 4 blue LED lights on the front of the battery. 1 light = 25%, 2 lights = 50%, 3 lights = 75%, 4 lights = 100%.

If your usage exceeds your balance, your card will be charged for the additional cost that you have incurred.

For example, if you have €2,95 in your account but use a battery for 46 hours, you card will be charged €2,95 and your balance will fall to €0.

The BUZZ station will never release a battery unless it is above 70% charged. If one is released with insufficient charge, then please contact our support team via in-app chat.

Our battery is only splashproof and so is not fully waterproof. If you drop your BUZZ battery in water please contact support immediately. support@debzzz.nl

Our BUZZ batteries have quick-charge technology built-in which allows most phones to be fully charged in just over an hour. The exact time is dependent on which phone and model you own.

A BUZZ battery holds 5000mAh of charge. Depending on which phone model you have, you should be able to get up to 2 full charges.

Please make sure the cable is pushed in firmly on the opposite side to the plug you're using.
